1. Head of State: Rt Hon Jones Musara

Revolutionalist Hon Jones Musara has always been a leader, advocate of the people and public servant who decided early in his life to devote his intellectual and political gifts and his extraordinary capacity for hard work, empathy and passion to serving the public. His call to public service came when he was 16 and was thrown into the political fray and front lines when he was elected as a Junior Councilor for Ward 5, a remote and rural , grassroots Constituency of more than 5 000 people in Bikita West, Masvingo Province, young as he was,
Hon Jones did not hesitate when the call came, but rather he answered it with confidence and enthusiasm and in his 2 year term in office he was able to be a passionate and fierce advocate for the ordinary disenfranchised, impoverished people representing them as a strong voice of conscience and reason at the table in meetings, rallies and engagements with local, Community, District, Provincial and National community leaders, and it is from this early work with the grassroots people that he was able get an intimate, personal experience and understanding of the issues that the people care most about and the challenges that they face. He was able to live, see and experience raw and biting poverty, political violence, deprivation, squalor, ignorance, disease, dependency, economic marginalization first hand as it is , working with these rural and remote communities that have no decent access to the most basic needs such as food, education, health care, housing, clean water, electricity, the internet and transport. He was able to witness how years and years of Government broken and unfulfilled promises, neglect and abandonment affects the grassroots citizens who work hard everyday, but get little out of their hard work, and people who are very conscientious and who have a huge untapped potential and great promise, and , who, with a little help from their Government, these could become a strong, vibrant and flourishing citizenry and middle class that can actively and productively contribute to the economy and the well being of our society at large.
Herving served well as a Junior Councilor for Ward 5 in Bikita West, Hon Jones Musara continued higher and further with his advocacy, political, social and community organizing work and he was oftenly seen being actively involved in the Student Councils in High School, at Hartzell High School in Mutare, Manicaland Province where he sat on the Student Prefects Body and was often seen as the liberal, progressive, democratic and reasonable voice in the Students Council that both Students and Parents could rely on for advocacy and who was always willing to stand up for them and yet at the same time willing to engage with the School Administration to find common ground. Being a leader and precocious as always, President Jones, in his High School, also had a stint on Student activism, Arts and Multi-Media and this unyielding desire and passion to improve things and make a difference saw him coming up with a Students Newspaper, which was meant to create a media platform for students to express themselves, engage and explore their talents and help to improve their school conditions and their education. This was an idea which was well received by some fellow students but which did not live long after it was perceived as a threat by the Administration and was consequently banned.
However, Hon Jones did not give up in his desire to improve things and make them better and he carried his remarkable journey into the high echelons of politics by being an active participant and strong intellectual voice amongst University Students at the University of Zimbabwe. He was oftenly seen actively involved in Student Campaigns and Student Activism, Voter Mobilization for Student Executive Council and ZINASU Elections. It was also during his time at the University of Zimbabwe that Hon Jones Musara founded the National Association of Social Work Students(NASWS) which was a Social Work Students Advocacy group meant to represent and advance the best and legitimate interests of Social Work Students at the School of Social Work and the University of Zimbabwe. It was during his 2 year term as the President of this Association that President Jones was able to reach out to local Civil Society Organizations such PADARE-MEN'S FORUM, WORLD YOUTH ALLIANCE, ZIM RIGHTS NGO FORUM, ZIMBABWE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN, NATIONAL CONSTITUTIONAL ASSEMBLY, and many others. It is from this deep and extensive experiences with various students groups, Civil Society, political, social, cultural, religious and economic groups that President Jones carries a supreme understanding of policy issues, social and public policy, the important role of a strong and vibrant, civil society, active citizenship, business, human rights, development , the political process and governance,
Having excelled at that level, Hon Jones Musara continued to climb further and higher and continued to be actively involved in politics, public service, political activism and community organizing when he took his studies further abroad at McMaster University in Canada where he served in the Student Union Parliament as the Caucus Leader of the Social Science Constituency of more than 6000 people and was also actively involved in Student Activism and Political and Community Organizing. It was at this time that Hon Jones fully discovered and realized how far and higher he could go in public service and declared his intention and interest to run for the Presidency of Zimbabwe .
At this point in time, Hon Jones Musara is heading this Transitional Government and Authority to help to end dictatorship and facilitate Zimbabwe's full transition into democracy.
